Refund & Return Policy<\/h1>

At Hush N Ember<\/strong>, we want you to love every piece you order. If there is an issue with your purchase, we\u2019re here to help.<\/p>

1. Returns<\/h2>

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery<\/strong>, provided that the product:<\/p>

  • Is unused and unworn<\/p><\/li>

  • Is unwashed and free from stains, makeup, perfume, or other marks<\/p><\/li>

  • Has all original tags and packaging intact<\/p><\/li>

  • Is in its original condition<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.<\/p>

    2. Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>

    The following items are not eligible for return:<\/p>

    • Custom-made or personalized products<\/p><\/li>

    • Products that have been altered at the customer’s request<\/p><\/li>

    • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or used<\/p><\/li>

    • Products returned without their original tags or packaging<\/p><\/li>

    • Sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Damaged or Incorrect Products<\/h2>

      If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>

      • Your order number<\/p><\/li>

      • A description of the issue<\/p><\/li>

      • Clear photographs or videos showing the product and the issue<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.<\/p>

        4. Exchange<\/h2>

        If you would like to exchange an eligible product for another size or available product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Exchanges are subject to product availability.<\/p>

        5. Refunds<\/h2>

        Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.<\/p>

        If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>

        6. Return Shipping<\/h2>

        For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason not caused by Hush N Ember, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.<\/p>

        If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered due to an error on our part, Hush N Ember will arrange an appropriate resolution.<\/p>

        7. Order Cancellation<\/h2>

        Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will be handled according to our return policy.<\/p>
